Who we are
Tripnoa (tripnoa.com) is an independent travel information service founded by Malik Muzamil. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Without an account
You can use the visa guide without an account. We don’t use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
With an account
We store your email address and the profile details you choose to give: name, passport country and expiry month, country of residence, visas or permits you hold, city and currency. We also store your trips, step progress, wallet items and travel history. We never ask for passport numbers or copies of identity documents.
Comments
If you post a comment, your first name (or “Traveller”), the comment and the date are shown publicly on that page. You can delete your own comments at any time. We may remove comments that break our terms.
How it is protected
Accounts and data are managed by Supabase. Row-level security means your trips, wallet and history can only be read by your own account. Sign-in emails are sent by our email provider.
On your device
If you install the app, recently opened app screens are stored on your device so they work offline. Signing out clears them.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete trips and wallet items, and permanently delete your account from the Me screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, trips, tasks, wallet, history and comments.
